Founded in 1999, The Petrizzo Group provides high quality, personalized government relations, strategic communications, and business development consulting services. Early in its formation, T.J lead The Petrizzo Group with his leadership as a distinguished political advocate and lobbyist, leading the development and execution of national strategic campaigns to advance public policy objectives. Widely recognized for his political effectiveness, T.J. is also actively engaged in election campaigns across the nation and working in an advisory capacity to campaigns offering both financial and strategic counsel.
Over time utilizing T.J.’s business development counsel, clients have successfully expanded their market position through the combination of his skilled government relations and innovative business strategies. He has driven government relations and philanthropic strategies for global CEO’s, influential executives and innovative companies across the public and private sectors. T.J.’s expertise spans national health policy, life sciences, global health, technology, and telecommunications with additional concentration in philanthropy and the unique needs of significant families and investors. His many accomplishments include driving policy and communications strategy for multi-billion-dollar technology mergers, launching high-profile global health initiatives, and advancing critical federal health policy for the last three decades.
T.J.’s years of Congressional service was culminated with his service as a Chief of Staff in the House Leadership for former Congresswoman Jennifer Dunn, Vice Chair of the House Republican Conference. His previous experience included serving on the staff of Senator Olympia Snowe, Ways and Means Aide to Congressman Rod Chandler, and Congressman Craig James. T.J. received a B.A. in Politics from DeSales University in Pennsylvania and an M.A. in American Government from The American University in Washington, D.C.
