Morgan E. McNeal | Executive/Legislative Assistant to CEO

Morgan joined The Petrizzo Group in 2024 as an Executive/Legislative Assistant to the CEO. As part of the government relations team, she assists in execution of client legislative objectives, including research and policy analysis, drafting documents, and attending Congressional hearings and briefings. Her previous experiences in legal strategy and advocacy compliments her work to effectively represent clients and influence public policy.

Morgan has built a solid foundation in advocacy and public policy through a diverse range of experiences. Prior to joining The Petrizzo Group, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Carmen Mullen in South Carolina’s Fourteenth Circuit. In this capacity, she developed a deep understanding of legal processes and policy implications. Morgan also worked at the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, an experience that provided her with insights into the intersection of law enforcement and legislative policy.

Earlier in her career, as a Paralegal at Buyck, Sanders, Simmons, LLC, Morgan exclusively supported medical malpractice defense attorneys, working directly with clients, and enhancing her understanding of healthcare litigation. She also volunteered with TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund, focusing on sexual harassment lawsuits.

Morgan holds a J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
